本次課程特別邀請來自美國與日本、長期投入基因改造動物模式、CRISPR 基因體編輯及 i-GONAD 技術開發的四位國際專家來臺授課： Dr. Channabasavaiah B. Gurumurthy Professor, Department of Cell and Molecular Biology, and Director, GREAT Core, University of Mississippi Medical Center, USA；專長為 CRISPR 基因體工程及基因改造小鼠模式設計與開發，及在體電穿孔（in vivo electroporation）技術上有豐富的實務經驗。 Dr. Masahiro Sato Professor, Emeritus of Kagoshima University, Department of Genome Medicine, National Center for Child Health and Development, Japan；長期從事生殖工程、胚胎操作及基因改造動物模式開發。 Dr. Masato Ohtsuka Professor, Department of Molecular Life Science, School of Medicine, and Director, Center for Human Disease Modeling, Tokai University, Japan；為 i-GONAD、Easi-CRISPR 的重要開發者，並致力於開發更簡便、高效的基因改造動物產製技術。 Dr. Hiromi Miura Junior Associate Professor, Department of Molecular Life Science, School of Medicine, Tokai University, Japan；專長涵蓋基因改造小鼠製作、knock-in 技術、基因體編輯及活體影像分析。 四位講師將結合技術原理、實驗設計、示範及實際操作，帶領學員完整學習 i-GONAD 技術及其於基因改造小鼠模式開發上的應用。
